What are the order and delivery policies?

We will call you to confirm your order, so please ensure your location and contact details are correct. The minimum order amount is Rs. 1,000, and we do deliver orders below this amount with an additional delivery charge. Each order is limited to a maximum of 20kg. The delivery charge is Rs. 100 for orders below Rs. 15,000, while orders above Rs. 15,000 qualify for free delivery. We also offer discounts on delivery charges for repeat customers—feel free to ask about it on your second order!

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not accept cash on deliveries. Due to a high number of spam orders, we now only accept online payments.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product and is clearly mentioned on our website. We offer Express Delivery (within 3 hours), Same Day Delivery, and Next Day Delivery, based on the product type. Please check the delivery option listed on each product page for details.

Are your products fresh?

Yes, we only deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to our customers. If you’re ever dissatisfied with the quality of any product, feel free to return it. However, please note that the freshness of fruits and vegetables can vary by season. Seasonal produce is fresher, while off-season items may be stored longer, which can affect their freshness. Regardless, we ensure that all our products, including off-season ones, are the best available in the market.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you miss the delivery, our riders typically wait up to 10 minutes at the location. If you are unavailable or do not answer the phone, and the rider has left, you’ll need to pay both the waiting and return fees. If you contact us after the rider returns to the office (usually after 30 minutes), we can arrange for a re-delivery, but an additional Rs. 300 fee will apply to cover return and re-delivery charges.
Alternatively, you can cancel the order and request a refund of 80% of the total order amount.

The images on our website are for reference only. Since we sell fresh fruits, vegetables, and local products, the actual items may vary in size, shape, and appearance. Keep in mind that seasonal items may look fresher during their peak season, while off-season produce may appear slightly different. Important Information

Please note that since fruits and vegetables vary in size, our prices are based on weight (per kg). For example, if your order consists of 1 kg of Chinese cabbage and 1 kg of tomatoes, but the Chinese cabbage pieces are large, we may only add 2 pieces (900 grams) instead of 3 pieces (1200 grams). The remaining 100 grams will be added to your tomato order, so you will receive slightly more than 1 kg of tomatoes (such as 1.1 kg or 1.2 kg), depending on the item prices.

This adjustment ensures the total value of your order remains the same without requiring any additional payment from you.
