Order and Delivery Policies:

• We will call to confirm your order; ensure your contact details and location are correct.
• Minimum order amount: Rs. 1,000. Orders below this amount are accepted with an extra delivery charge.
• Maximum order weight: 20kg per order.
• Delivery charge: Rs. 100 for orders under Rs. 15,000. Free delivery for orders over Rs. 15,000.
• Repeat customers get discounts on delivery charges—ask about it on your second order!

Payment Methods:

• We only accept online payments due to a high number of spam orders.
• We accept major local Nepali payment methods: Bank Transfers, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery time varies by product. We offer Express Delivery (within 3 hours), Same Day Delivery, and Next Day Delivery. Check the product page for details.

Freshness of Products:

• We deliver fresh produce. Freshness may vary by season—off-season items may not be as fresh, but we ensure the best available quality.

International Payments:

• Contact us via Facebook or call us at 9861137906 for international payments.

Missed Delivery:

• Riders wait up to 10 minutes. If you miss it, a Rs. 300 fee applies for re-delivery. You can also cancel for a refund of 80% of your order.

• We are a government-registered business with PAN number 127080792, operating from our office in Chandragiri, Kathmandu. We ensure secure transactions through our business banking account.

Product Appearance:

• Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary in size and appearance but will always be the freshest available.

Organic Products:

• We offer fresh, high-quality seasonal produce, but we do not guarantee 100% organic products.

Important Information:

• Prices are based on weight. If an item is larger than expected, extra weight may be added to other products, ensuring the total value remains unchanged without additional cost to you.
