Yes, our products are fresh. We deliver only fresh fruits and vegetables to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, you are welcome to return it. However, please keep in mind that the quality of fruits and vegetables can vary based on the season. Seasonal produce is typically fresher, while off-season items may be stored for longer periods, which can affect their freshness. Nonetheless, we guarantee that all our products, including off-season ones, are the best available in the market during the current season and are perfectly edible.
We accept all kinds of local Nepali payment methods, You can pay us via bank transfers, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay etc.

No, we do not offer discounts. All of the prices mentioned on our website are fixed.
If you miss the delivery, our external riders typically wait for up to 10 minutes at the location. If you don’t pick up the call or are unavailable for any reason, and you contact us after the rider has left, you will need to pay both the waiting charges and return fees. If you reach out after the rider has returned to our office (usually after 30 minutes or more), we can send another rider to deliver your order, but this will incur an additional Rs. 300 fee to cover both return and re-delivery charges. Alternatively, you can cancel the order and request a refund, in which case you’ll receive 80% of the total order amount.
